Phil was amazing! Once I reached out to him prior to arriving on island, he was very engaged with me and sent me listings, checked in on me etc. I appreciate him taking me around island and as we we are looking at multiple places, I’m also getting an island tour and brief description of the area...can’t beat that. He was extremely friendly, professional and I enjoyed searching for a home with him. He knew what I was looking for and we found one sooner than expected! Thank you Phil for just being you:-)
