Phil was awesome. He was a delight to work with and was very knowledgeable in the military housing/rental process. As first time home renters he helped us navigate the system and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to rent on the island. As a bonus, his four legged co-realtor (an adorable puppy) assists him in the showing of properties. 😊
