James is a Palauan/CHamoru born and raised on the lovely paradise island of Guam.
One thing about him is respect which is a huge aspect he uses in everything that he does in his life. From birth, he was taught by his parents and learned the whole meaning of the word growing up, and did everything he could to earn it. That's what you can expect from him in every step of the Real Estate process from start to finish.
Growing up he spent his weekends down at the ranch where he learned how to farm, fish, and hunt. Always with giving respect and thanks to the Land and the Sea for all the nourishment it has given him and his family over the years while always remaining humble and appreciative.
He played sports growing up like a football, baseball, soccer, and volleyball but his favorite sport to play is basketball and you can find him playing basketball at the Father Duenas Summer Basketball Tournament every summer with his graduating class. He loves to play music, knows how to play the guitar, piano, and ukulele, and this is another way he can express himself.
He loves to BBQ!! Food has always brought everyone together, family and friends, and is a way to show his love, appreciation, and respect for having them in his life. Just being together, sharing love and laughter while he BBQ and fills their bellies with awesome food!
