Evan is a proud Air Force Veteran, who served at Andersen Air Force base for 4 years before separating and going back stateside to finish his undergraduate degree in Information Technology. He knew as soon as he left Guam that he needed to get back. He fought vigorously for 3 years before moving back to this beautiful island.
Aside from his job as a real estate agent, Evan is also a real estate investor, with multiple properties here in Guam. He knows the market very well. He can help you with all of your real estate needs, whether you’re buying, selling, renting, or investing. Evan can proudly serve both military and civilian members and has full base access as a disabled veteran.
Evan understands the family values and different pace of life the island has to offer, which is one of the things he loves about Guam. In his free time, Evan can be found snorkeling, scuba diving, or playing ultimate Frisbee on the beach. He is also an avid hiker, and can be found trekking through the jungle, climbing mountains, and exploring waterfalls and caves. He is also a pet lover and has 4 beautiful dogs, most of who he rescued from the animal shelter or side of the road.
